Busser Tip Out (B checkbox per row): Busser = 1.5% × (Food + Beer + Wine + Liquor)
Check the B box for each day to tip out 1.5% of all food and bar sales to bussers.
Food Runner Tip Out (FR checkbox per row): Food Runner = 1% × Food
Check the FR box for each day to tip out 1% of food sales to food runners.
Bar Tip Out (Bar checkbox per row): Bar Tip Out = 5% × (Beer + Wine + Liquor)
Check the Bar box for each day to tip out 5% of bar sales to bartenders.
Xtra: An additional amount entered manually
Any extra amount to add to the server's total (e.g., cash tips, adjustments).
Server Total (Take Home): Total = CC Owed − Busser − Food Runner − Bar Tip Out + Xtra
The server's take-home amount after all tip-outs are deducted and extras are added.
